I like bling!  I had never found a brow band that had the right colors and enough bling.  So, I decided to make one.  It was so much fun, I made another one.  Then I made another, and another.  I gave some to friends, who mostly liked them (not everyone likes bling!).  I am now making very blingy, a little blingy, subdued (colors but no bling), whimsical brow bands, holiday brow bands, and brow bands with words.  I now also make Biothane belts – they can be ordered plain in many colors, or they can be ordered to match a brow band.

I am offering the brow bands and belts to equestrians as another way to donate to the same charities as my FADS dressage schooling shows (Frederick County 4-H Therapeutic Riding Program, Hurwitz Breast Cancer Program, Maryland Equine Transition Service (METS = Person-to-Person), and the Catoctin Chapter of PVDA). The cost covers materials ($ goes to me) and a donation ($ goes to one of four charities (you designate which charity).

Most of the brow bands are made with 1″ Biothane. For some of the brow bands, I have used commercial leather brow bands. The leather brow bands are being phased out, but I still have a few blanks and a few ready-made brow bands in stock.

This web site shows photos of brow bands I have made. Some are available and some have been sold; however, I can usually make another one in the size you need. You can also use the photos to develop your own brow band design – just let me know what you want and I will try to make it for you.

I do not stock ready-made belts. They are custom ordered so you get the size and colors you want.

Do you have a drill team, Pas de Deux, Quadrille or club with color themes?  Get brow bands and/or belts to match your theme.

I hope you like the brow bands and belts and enjoy donating to the designated charities.

Please note: this is a hobby, not a business; although I recoup some of my costs, I do not make a profit.
